Returns

30-Day Return Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery (not purchase date). We are confident in the products we sell, so we guarantee your money back. Limited to one product per order.

How to make a return?

Option 1: Online Return Form (Recommended)

Fill out our online return form at [return form link] with your order number and reason for return
Receive immediate confirmation and return instructions via email
Print the provided return label or drop off at designated location

Option 2: Email Request

Email info@medpak.shop with your invoice/order number, product name and postal address
We will send you an email within 24 hours to confirm if your return has been approved
Ship the product with our return ID: 91637409 to the appropriate return address

Product condition requirements:

Due to the nature of our products (supplements and cosmetics), we only accept returns for:

Items in their original, unopened packaging
Products in the same condition as received
Items with all seals and labels intact

Refund processing:

Processing time: We process refunds within 14 business days of receiving your returned item
Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For cash on delivery payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or PayPal based on your preference
Shipping costs: Medpak covers return shipping costs when using our provided return label

Complaints and Defective Products

Quality Issues

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@medpak.shop
Include photos of the defect/damage and your order number
We will provide immediate resolution: replacement or full refund
No need to return defective items unless specifically requested

Warranty Claims

All products come with manufacturer warranty. For warranty claims:

We will coordinate with the manufacturer for resolution
Warranty period varies by product (details available on product pages)

Before Shipment

After Shipment

Once shipped, please follow our standard return procedure upon delivery.

Products should be returned to our regional processing centers. The specific address will be provided in your return authorization email based on your location.
